Barb Udale brings more than 35 years of experience working in both Australia and New Zealand in leadership development and coaching. She has worked extensively with a wide variety of public and private sector organisations, providing leadership development and coaching to senior executives and their teams.

Barb's expertise lies in increasing awareness, honing thinking skills, and developing strategies to help clients move towards their desired objectives. Her pragmatic approach, coupled with a wide range of validated tools and coaching processes, guarantees meaningful outcomes.

It is important to Barb to continually develop her own skills and practice — she is regularly in supervision and actively expands her learning to better serve her clients.

Master Trainer in DiSC, MBTI Certified, LSI/LI accredited, and trained in Ontological Coaching and Neuroleadership frameworks.

Academic Rigour

Graduate certificates in Applied Behavioural Coaching and Foundations of Neuroleadership, plus a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from the CSA.

Ongoing Development

Member of the St James Ethics Centre and Neuroleadership Institute. Barb is always in supervision, continually expanding her own learning and practice.
